Thestudies of the propagation of waves in acoustic metamaterials have grasped anincreasing amount of attention due to their potential applications in manyfields such as sound cloaking, super lens and acoustic devices. Acousticmetamaterials gain their exotic mechanical properties through periodicallystructured local resonators. In this talk, an efficient algorithm is developedto model the physical response of acoustic metamaterials with fluid structureinteraction.

EricL,英国Teesside University副教授,博士毕业于新加坡国立尊龙凯时。主要研究方向为:计算力学、材料的多尺度建模和设计、生物力学、拓扑优化和声学分析,发表70多篇。获得ICCM 2015 Auckland和ICCM 2014 Cambridge两个权威最佳论文奖,以及英国皇家学会颁发的InternationalExchanges Award。目前是两个SCI期刊的副主编(Journalof Medical Imaging and Health Informatics,International Journal ofComputational Methods)。
